Vacation!!!!

Ahhhh, it feels good to be on Easter break. 10 days of enjoying our kids and, well catching up on housework. BUT I will also get to see my relatives and I do hope that I will get some time to scrap!!! So many pictures are waiting for me.

Last night, I was too tired to make a layout, so I just did a 2 quick cards and a mini box.

Quick and simple and yet elegant. I looooove French Country.

This card sort of just happened. The snippets were laying around on my desk and I put them together. Not quite sure how I feel with black as a background....

And lastly, a mini box with a chocolate treat inside.

I realize that these are no masterpieces but it felt GOOD to start my vacation with a bit of playing around with paper.

Have a blessed Easter!

All the best,

Elisabeth

So many smiles begin with you

I just love this sentiment. It is so true. Our children are the best thing that ever happened to us. Yes, they exhaust us, yes, they show us our limits every day but they make us smile all the time.

Here are some details

Today is my second day of professional development at school. I love those days! They inspire, make me reflect and give me a whole lot of ideas for improving my teaching.

Beloved

I am being a good scrapper - taking turns in scrapping photos of our kids. This time, it was DS's turn. The title is straight IRL - not sure what happened.

Do I need to say more? I am the luckiest mom on earth to have such cute children. If even they test their boundaries again and again and again.....

Thanks for stopping by! Have a great week

If you love what you have...

What a wonderful sentiment. It is from Prairie Chic from Bo Bunny. I combined with the older Annalee collection from Prima.

And a clean and simple mini album for 6 photos. I used tiny magnets underneath the Rosetta to keep it shut even when the photos are in.

 All opened up

Dream

Beginning of March, we took a stroll in the wonderful gardens of Castle Laxenburg. I just loooove this place. It is just from a fairy tale.

I used a mix of Graphics 45 Secret Garden, Prima Annalee and Bo Bunny C'est la vie. My 3 favorite companies all on one page!

I could not resist to add the bird bath to the page - it just had to be there.

In two weeks, we will be on Easter break. I am so looking forward to it! It is funny and a bit surreal to talk  to my colleagues at work (without kids) who will fly to Bahamas, Egypt, Turkey and what not while I..... will probably go to IKEA to get some more boxes to organize the kids room -  how things change......

More "secret garden " cards

And more spring cards! I really need the color and the pretty papers! The first one was based on the sketch by Get Creative. I reduced the 4 blocks in the middle to 2.

And this one is inspired by Mojo Monday.

Yeah for Friday! I love my work and I am very thankful to have a very interesting job, but I am so looking forward to the weekend where I will hopefully be able to catch up on sleep! DS is getting 3 molars at the same time which causes very, very short nights!

I will leave you with photos of our sweet children. I am so lucky to have them!

Birthday Cards

It is so much fun to work with the brand new collections of Bo Bunny and Graphics 45. Just loooove these brands. Throw in some Prima and I am a pretty happy girl.

Since the weather is so bad (predicted snow for Easter, again....) I needed some spring on my scrapping table. This one is based on Unscripted Sketches.

And some more Bo Bunny C'est la vie
