Two cards with Prima Lifetime Collection
These two cards are definitely out of my comfort zone. But I really felt like trying something different. The impetus came from my friend MARY who gave me those adorable, tiny lock and key brads. Now, I have been hoarding them for quite a while - something I often do with things I really like.
When I got the Lifetime Collection from Prima, it was time to use it! Stretching my own style and trying out different things, I came up with these two cards.
I love you to the moon and back. Some stitching, some 3D elements, but all kind of grungy.
And my second one where I used the lock brad as the flower center. The key together with the tiny staples makes a good combination - not too girly but still cute.
Thanks for stopping by!
All the best,
Elisabeth

Message from the Easter Bunny
Goodness! The Easter bunny had a hard time this year! With snow everywhere, he could not hide the nests outside. So he left a message on the breakfast table with clues where he hid the little surprises.
The Prairie Chic worked perfectly with the clothes and the spring flowers. I cut up the cute scallops and layered them with 3d dots. Some Prima tags and flowers a bit of layering and done.
Thanks for stopping by!

Family
"This was the bestest day of my life" - the comment from our sweet DD after her cousins (5 and 2,5) left after an entire afternoon of playing together.
When I saw the challenge over at Once Upon A Sketch - it was a perfect match

When I first got these Prima papers, I was not quite sure what to do with it. They did not appeal to me the way they were. But when I was looking for something rather neutral, but yet with character to scrap these photos, which don't have a unified color scheme, I was convinced!
Journaling reads: C and C also need to go out sometimes, so the boys spent the afternoon with us. Such a day is a lot of fun but exhausting!
I even stamped! (Doesn't happen often....), distressed, layered, added 3 different small flower clusters and added some metal elements.
Thanks for stopping by!
All the best,
Elisabeth
