Toothbrushing Buddy

My October Kit from Swirlydoos arrived 3 days ago - just in time for the weekend! There was a big surprise packed in as well - every month Krissy browses through online galleries and the 5th layout with "Swirlydoos" mentioned in the description gets a price. This month it was my turn and I got 10 wonderful packages of flowers and stickers in my kit. That was soooo sweet!

I based the layout on the monthly sketch by Beggahuna. 

 I just love all the cute embellishments that came in the kit. 

See that little cute Prima bird? I just added a bit of ribbon to it. 

Yesterday, we had a really nice visit of our friend Dave. He was just so sweet! We played Rummykub together, he helped DD write a birthdaycard for her friend and then did the reading homework with her. DD really enjoyed his visit since both of her Grandfathers don't live in the area and she hardly ever gets to see them. Added bonus: she did not dare to argue with him about her homework LOL!
